Due to the nature of digital services and custom software development, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun.
However, partial refunds may be considered under certain conditions outlined below.
Refunds may be granted only if:
If payment has been made but development or design work has not commenced, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
If the project is canceled early (before the first deliverable), a refund may be issued minus administrative or consultation fees.
If a customer accidentally makes duplicate payments or is charged incorrectly, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
Once digital assets, design files, code, prototypes, or modules have been delivered, refunds cannot be provided.
If the client changes their mind after work has begun, refunds will not apply.
Delays or dissatisfaction caused by the client not providing content, feedback, or required project information do not qualify for refunds.
Fees paid for the following are non-refundable:
Due to the tailored nature of custom development, refunds are not available once coding or design work begins.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated.
