Refund Policy

At AppVyn Technologies ("AppVyn Techs," "we," "our," "us"), we strive to provide high-quality software development and digital services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which clients may or may not receive a refund for services provided.

By using our services, you agree to the terms in this policy.

General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and custom software development, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun.

However, partial refunds may be considered under certain conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only if:

A. Work Has Not Yet Started

If payment has been made but development or design work has not commenced, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.

B. Project Cancellation Before Initial Deliverables

If the project is canceled early (before the first deliverable), a refund may be issued minus administrative or consultation fees.

C. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a customer accidentally makes duplicate payments or is charged incorrectly, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

A. Work Already Completed or Delivered

Once digital assets, design files, code, prototypes, or modules have been delivered, refunds cannot be provided.

B. Change of Mind

If the client changes their mind after work has begun, refunds will not apply.

C. Failure to Provide Required Information

Delays or dissatisfaction caused by the client not providing content, feedback, or required project information do not qualify for refunds.

D. Third-Party Service Costs

Fees paid for the following are non-refundable:

Hosting Domains Third-party APIs SMS gateways Payment processors

E. Custom Software Development

Due to the tailored nature of custom development, refunds are not available once coding or design work begins.

Refunds for Service Packages & Maintenance

A. Monthly or Annual Maintenance Plans

  • Refunds are available only if requested before service activation
  • Once the maintenance period begins, refunds cannot be issued

B. Subscription Services

Subscription payments are non-refundable once activated.

Project Termination by the Client

If a client decides to cancel the project:

  • Payment for work already completed remains due
  • Any progress, code, designs, or materials created up to that point will be delivered once outstanding balances are settled
  • No refunds apply for completed phases

Project Termination by AppVyn Techs

If AppVyn Techs must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances or internal factors:

  • A fair refund will be issued based on the percentage of work completed
  • Ownership of any unfinished work remains with AppVyn Techs unless otherwise agreed

  • Your full name
  • Project or invoice number
  • Reason for refund request
  • Proof of payment

Processing Time

  • Refund assessments take 5–10 business days
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days afterward

Payment Methods for Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

Mobile Money
Bank Transfer
International Payment

Cash refunds are not permitted.

Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes, AppVyn Techs will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues amicably
  • If necessary, disputes may be handled under Ghanaian law or through agreed arbitration

Changes to This Refund Policy

  • AppVyn Technologies may update or modify this Refund Policy at any time
  • The updated version will replace all previous versions and will include a new "Last Updated" date
